The Author David Gemmell Wrote a series of Fantasy Novels. Some of them feature a Warrior named Druss. He lives by a code,this code is one I also try to live by.

"Never violate a woman, nor harm a child. Do not lie, cheat or steal. These are things for lesser men. Protect the weak against the evil strong. And never allow thoughts of gain lead you into the pursuit of evil. Never back away from an enemy. Either fight or surrender. It is not enough to say I will not be evil. I Just finished re-reading my Gemmel Collection. I am sending to of them on to a friend to peruse. Gemmel wrote many Novels and in the Last his Wife finished it for him . I am hunting down that series to restart and finish it. Many of my books seems to wander off. I enjoy a good book and should the person it wanders too derive some semblance of pleasure then I see no issue. If the book is just a coaster or door stop then it bothers me.

In the mean time if you havent grab a Gemmel book they really are a good way to spend an evening by the fire.

So yesterday I indulged myself. I went an gauged my ears. I figured no biggie . What I thought were 14 gauge rings in my ears were in fact 18 so the plan to go to 6 was at first kiboshed. As the 10 gauge expander slide through with no difficulty the piercer said lets see what happens. The 8 went through and so did the 6 so now the question is go to 4 or stop I am waiting to see what the difference is in Jewelry before deciding. That and it is a month and a half before I will do any more due to proper healing time. My Tattooists all wanted to chat and I have booked October 13th to get my back piece started. Got to reload the i-pod as it will be a 10 hour day on my stomach as I get my back piece started followed up about 4- 6 wees later with another all day sessions. after that into the new year my phoenix gets finished My right thigh project gets started and the sleeve as well and the left side of the neck gets the kanji . Lots to do in the upcoming 12 months

Are you kidding me?

So I was out wandering around reading peoples thoughts and musing and I stumbled across a few different topics. The first that caught my eye was a debate by a group of women on the evils of hunting. This one genius had two points the first is that she is against animal meat is a vegetarian and that humans should not hunt it is unethical. This same bimbo has no problem raising animals for their hides to wear.Unless she thinks that those fancy leather dudes come in a box along with her preprocessed tofu burgers. The next argument from same silly bint was that humans are not genetically meant to be omnivorous that the species homo-sapiens is in fact a vegetarian. All I can say is wow really ...bitch put down the bong step away from the pipe slowly you might hurt yourself.

The next topic that caught my eye was a discussion of how men are not manly anymore. For the most part I have to agree. Not only have men become afraid to stand up to women. Yep thats right label me a a mysoginist I dare ya I double dog dare you. Most of em dont know how to be a man. Being a man doesnt mean acting all big and bad ass in public and then hiding behind your woman in private. It doesnt mean creating a bad ass public mask( ie telling all and sundry your a cop when in fact your Paul Blart...nice white socks dude) lies of how one was shot three times ,sans vest, the rounds all armour piercing no less and come out of the hospital 3 days later. Why do we see a degradation of manliness of gender confusion? Lets see how bout things like hmmm the boyscouts of america...note the first word...how can boys be boys with little girls along to play? Have a mens only club in your local burg? Not for long here comes Barbie bra burner telling her honour the judge how unfair it is that us men get to sit around the camp fire smoking cigars eating undercooked raw meat we just killed after all this is the enlightened times women should get to be women too. But have some poor soul of a man who is gay or transgendered who wants to join the womens only fitness well get that but floss in a knot how dare a penis be allowed in. If same soul wants to help with his daughters girl guide troop( brownies are the younger ones right?) no can do only a woman can teach a girl how to be a woman...
So tell me all you uber femnazis defending the rights of women How the fuck can you with your utereses and ovarian cycles teach a boy to become a man? Please spare me the rhetoric of how hard can it be. If it was so easy then those poor messed up souls out there now those pathetic examples of men you point to and say see he is not a man ( I agree with you on most of em) wouldnt have had the issue.
Cant have it both ways. If you want men to be men then stop needing to stick your noses into the tent and see what the secret rituals are. After all we dont need to come see what the secret is that it takes a whole herd of you to go to the bathroom.

A rant

I have been sitting her and pondering many things. Its been a rough week in many ways. A good friend and I have started to reconnect and its been fascinating to re-engage.I have been watching many of the 'lifestyle' of late. To say that I am as unimpressed as always is to put a rather large understatement on it. So many macho wannabe rent-a cops posing as police officers. It always amazes me at the number of former spec warriors there supposedly are amongst the communities. I am so amazed at how many black belt martial artists there are. All this and they have time to train. They have been in the lifestyle since they were all 12 or earlier. How many of them have oodles of experience and have so many slaves .

Back from a much needed Hiatius

So I went away for a week to deal with some stuff in the personal not to be shared part of me . Also to deal with some rather upsetting medical new. My shoulder (the right one) is to the point that I am no longer able to pursue the dream of a third professional athletic endeavor. I also was told that Lacrosse(full contact that is) is done and out of the question. I am set for a scope on my shoulder in the new year. I cannot say I am surprised at this. Its just disheartening to think that no matter how much I rebuild the shoulder muscles I could ultimately damage it to the point of loss of use to shoulder replacement. The years of wear and tear have caught up. Yes I can still lift and am starting back hard core to the gym. We all get older and age. I guess I am fortunate that my body has held ouyt as well as it has. The MRI for the left shoulder is scheduled in Janurary and then probably a scope in the new year.
So to drown my sorrows I went to see my tat artisit today for a bit. My back peice is now going to cost less then a grand since she will be doing it for me at the stupid unheard of price of 50 an hours
